Stephanie teaches in her studio at Teneriffe, QLD, Australia. Her studio has a full PA system, keyboard and demo-recording facilities used within her teaching service. In addition to in-person teaching, Stephanie does teach via Zoom and is experienced in using this platform.
Her clientele ranges from high school age students to professional working singers and actors. Stephanie's private studio also offers voice lessons to student's affiliated with Brisbane speech pathologist, Leslie Henderson (Speech Pathologist, Spring Hill, QLD.)
Stephanie's students have been successful in completing AMEB examinations, successfully auditioned for tertiary voice degree programs across Australia, she teaches touring recording artists working actors who are touring in Australian casts of commercial musical theatre productions. Her students range from working sessional vocalists within the Australia scene or have gone onto study at university voice programs across Australia and the United Kingdom.
Stephanie's services include; preparing her student's for recording sessions, live performances, professional auditions, tertiary music program auditions, AMEB voice exams, Music Extension recitals, studio singing concerts, weekly private tuition, school musical productions and ongoing training for the professional singer or actor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Stephanie holds a Masters of Music Studies (Advanced Performance/Pedagogy), Graduate Diploma of Music Studies (Vocal Pedagogy) and a Bachelor of Music (Jazz Voice) from the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University. Stephanie has completed Levels I, II and III of Somatic Voicework: The LoVetri™ Method from Baldwin Wallace University, Ohio, USA.
Stephanie holds a current Queensland Blue Card to work with children and young people.
Stephanie currently has clients studying tertiary vocal music performance degrees in Jazz, Pop and Musical Theatre at Australia's leading music universities including WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Edith Cowan University,) Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University, Monash University and University of Adelaide.
Her former clients have been accepted into voice degree and theatre programs and in turn studied at Australia's leading music universities; WAAPA {Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Edith Cowan University,) Victorian College of Arts (University of Melbourne,) Queensland Conservatorium (Griffith University,) Monash University, University of Adelaide, Sydney Conservatorium (University of Sydney) Australian Institute of Music (Sydney) and Jazz Music Institute.
Stephanie runs a successful private studio in Teneriffe working with recording artists,
sessional vocal artists and gigging musicians within the Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Melbourne scene. Stephanie has students working professionally throughout Australia on current touring productions of Six: The Musical, & Juliet and Wicked, and previously they have performed in national tours of Matilda: The Musical, King Kong: The Musical, Strictly Ballroom: The Musical, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Rent.
